I made this recipe last night for my husbands birthday dinner. It was pretty simple to make; however I was disappointed because there was no chocolate sauce in the middle. Maybe I baked it too long. All in all it tasted wonderful, light and fluffy. I served the souffle on a big white plate drizzled with chocolate syrup, sprinkled with powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla bean icecream. ***********For a helpful hint, I made the chocolate mixture ahead of time and set it aside. When we were ready for dessert, all I had to do was beat the egg whites and fold them into the chocolate mixture. This allowed me to spend time with my husband, rather than be in the kitchen all night. :)***********
