Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
As always this recipe never lets me down. I doubled the recipe and made 6 loaves. I live at 5800 elevation, so I added and extra 3/4 cup of flour and had to bake 10 min longer than stated in recipe. Everyone raves about this bread! It is so MOIST! This will always be the only pumpkin bread recipe I will ever use!
