Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

As always this recipe never lets me down. I doubled the recipe and made 6 loaves. I live at 5800 elevation, so I added and extra 3/4 cup of flour and had to bake 10 min longer than stated in recipe. Everyone raves about this bread! It is so MOIST! This will always be the only pumpkin bread recipe I will ever use!

Jerk Seasoning

This was very good. I only put half of the cayanne in to make it kid friendly. The whole family loved it. This is much healthier (no msg and other ingredients that we can't pronounce) than the store bought versions.

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are better than anything I have ever tasted!! They melt in your mouth. Be careful because I couldn't stop eatting them. I like to make them ahead of time without baking and then I freeze them in a pan and take it out to rise the night before and pop them in the oven first thing in the morning. This is a great way to get those kids out of bed.
