Easy Sugar Cookies
Wow! These are awesome! I didn't have butter, so I used 1 cup of butter flavored Crisco instead (plus 2 TBS of water). I was worried about how they would turn out, but they were great; crispy around the edges, soft in the middle, and good flavor. I can't wait to try them again when I actually have the ingredients the recipe calls for. I'm sure they'll be even more delicious!
