Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2006
mixture was a little waterey but tasted good. the apples needed longer cooking time. I put the apple chunks in after mixing sweet potatoes instead of mixing in with them.

ended up tasting really good. next time will add flour/soup mixture to a bag and shake chicken and see if that makes it easier to handle.

Cabbage and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
this did not work for me. I have always cooked cabbage with sufficient liquid to cook down. Took total of 45 minutes and the cabbage was still crisp.I used a can of diced tomato with jalapenos already incorporated in place of the jalapenos rings.Would not try again.
