I made this for our church's chili cookoff solely because the ingredient list was so crazy. I won the coveted "Golden Ladle" beating out about 20 other entries. Great recipe! The only changes I made are to add more garlic and wasabi. Next time, I'll add one can of drained black beans since my batch came out less thick than I like.

Chili-Flavored Turkey Stew With Hominy and Tomatoes

I REALLY liked this recipe. Hominy can be found in the Hispanic section of our grocery stores and it really makes this dish superb! I added some tabasco for a bit more kick. Family loved it and it was a great way to use those turkey leftovers I had frozen since November! Thanks for the recipe!
