Yum! Just made chicken alfredo for the first time last night. I followed this recipe and the family thought it was very good! I will be making this again and will add broccolli and maybe use less tomato. The sauce was very smooth and the mushrooms give it a delicious flavor. (If you don't like the texture of mushrooms & tomato, maybe put in blender?). Next time, I will use a little less milk or add a bit more flour to thicken my sauce. It did seem to be missing just a bit of something, but it could be because I used italian dressing instead of a powder seasoning. Overall, we liked it, and to minimize the work, husband & daughter helped prep by shredding & cutting :)
