Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
whole family loved these! I did roast the garlic as others had suggested and the "garlic-iness" was perfect. Even though I smashed the potatoes only they were so creamy, Deelicious!

Mediterranean Chicken Orzo

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2010
Fun and easy to prepare. I made as written (except i grilled chicken breasts and cubed) and the olives were too powerful for my family. Maybe next time i will use black olives. Just our personal taste. Nice presentation.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
I gave a 5 even though i didnt make exactly as stated. Taking advice of others i sauteed about 1/4 red onion, 1 garlic clove with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. To this i added some fresh spinach. The smell was wonderful! I mixed this in with the chicken, cream cheese, bouillon and cheese. Followed the rest of the recipe as written. This was delicious! Im looking forward to having leftovers tonight~ not that there is much left! Thank you for sharing this keeper!!

Chicken Curry I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
fantastic! Following the advice of another reviewer I also added a shake or two of cumin, turmeric, and chicken broth instead of the water. Absolutely delicious! Adjust cayenne pepper to taste - we like spicy! Served with steamed broccoli and sticky rice. The next day, we through it all together and stir fried. If possible, even better than the 1st night! Husband wanted new batch for night 3. Thank you for sharing.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
very yummy! We grilled the marinated breasts vs. kabobs. Also, as another reviewer suggested, grilled gr/red peppers and onion in a foil pan. after the breasts were cooked we put them in pan with veggies and their juices. Served with egg noodles. Chicken was perfect, didn't change a thing w/ the recipe.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
yummy! i loved the ease of the crock pot. I stayed with the original recipe for the most part, but i doubled. So i used 1 cream of mushroom and 1 cream of chicken. I also browned the steak and seasoned with steak seasoning before adding to the pot. Added garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, pepper and cayenne to soup mixture. Last i used the tub of cream cheese, let it get to room temp and it folded right in at the end of cooking. no lumps. i enjoyed this very much and will def be making again. ++ used water and didnt add beef broth or the onion soup mix like some suggested. That, with Healthy Choice cans of soup, and the sodium was reduced and still very flavorful.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
So good! I don't care for chunky chunky salsa so next time i make this i will use a finer salsa in the chicken mixture. Very good flavor - hands down better than anything store bought.

Oh, also added seasoned salt to chicken before adding to pot. Will absolutely make again!

Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
I had to comment on this recipe. It is so delicious! I'm not a macaroni salad type person, but this has such a yummy addictive flavor that we found ourselves stealing forkfuls throughout the night. Next time i make this, and there will be a next time, i will reserve a portion of the sauce. We would have liked it a wee bit drier, but only our preference. All ingredients were kept the same. Delish!!
