Ham Breakfast Braid

Wish I had jazzed up the eggs a bit more with some tomatoes or onions. I used cooked bulk Italian sausage in place of the ham, since that's more of our preference. Will try again.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This was OK. I was hoping it would taste more like my favorite Indian restaurant's version. I used the coconut milk instead of heavy cream, and I think that helped a bit. Will keep tinkering...

Quick and Easy Spinach Bread

Easy and good. We made this for a dinner for the two of us. Added diced tomatoes with garlic and upped the amount of garlic. Also used more cheese. Thank you!
