Lemon Thyme Chicken Tenders

Quick and easy. My 16 year old son made it for me tonight. He used dried thyme and added some lemon pepper for more flavor. Delicious!

Moroccan Chicken Medley

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
I was skeptical but the chicken was really moist and tasty. Super duper Easy. I'd recommend putting the zucchini in halfway thru cooking so it doesn't get mushy.

Blue Ribbon White Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
This cake didn;t come out of the pan well even when greased and was crumbly so very difficult to frost. The taste was fine but it was hideously ugly!

I made this for the superbowl 2011 - it was a big hit. Served it with plain crackers and celery because it is so rich! Yum

I couldn't find good peaches so just increased the pineapple, it was more tropical tasting that way and delicious

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Childhood favorite but adding crushed potato chips makes it true to childhood and adds salty crispness! Also using low fat evaporated milk instead of regular or skim adds to the richness of the flavor.

My computer was down so I followed the written directions - they came out perfectly! Eat them within a few days though otherwise they get a bit crunchy

I love anything Thai its true - but this savory pumpkin I would never think of pairing with Thai coconut milk and lemon grass - but it works...and the basil on top just makes it all work together perfectly for a robust flavorful soup! I had two helpings!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
I added brown sugar and crushed pineapple and teriyaki for more flavor. It was definitely moist and fell apart but the flavor didn't infuse the roast well. So the next day I used the leftovers with mini hamburger buns and barbacue sauce for mini pork sliders - even better!
