I have made this a few times. i use 1 cup of molasses and 1/2 cup cider vinegar. It is a nice recipe for the grill.

Pizza Dough I

Have made this twice for dinner. I made the mistake of over working the dough the first time. I had a hard time streching the dough to fit the cookie sheet. The key with this dough is not to over work the dough. I like to add the yeast to the warm water first and let the yeast soften for a few minutes. Add everything together, stir, and knead the dough a few times. I like to pat the dough on the cookie sheet until it is size I need. I also like to add dried basil and garlic powder to the dough.

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

I love this recipe. I have been using my sourdough starter (amish friendship bread starter) for the past three years. It just gets better every time I make bread. I think the onions on top are very tasty addition.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ham 'N' Cheese Quiche

Tasty recipe, added 1T fresh minced onion, used 1.5 cups milk instead of 1/2 and 1/2, added bacon to one quiche and ham to the other. Came out really nice.

Lemon Poppy Seed Amish Friendship Bread

This recipe is much better then the original Amish Friendship Bread. I used 1 tsp lemon extract and 1 tsp vanilla extract in place of the 2 tsp of vanilla. I cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup because otherwise it is just to sweet, may try 2/3 cup next time. The only other change was I baked the bread for 50 minutes and it was perfect. The lemon flavor got stonger as it cooled. Will make again and include this recipe in the starter kits I give out.
