I've never made quiche before, and I really liked how easy and tasty this was. I switched up the ingredients a little bit--- I used frozen spinach, turkey, cheddar and parmesan, and made them into mini-quiches. They're very light and airy, and have a lot of flavor. I'm serving them at brunch tomorrow, so we'll see how others like them.
