Apple and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast

I drizzled maple syrup over the chicken before I put it in the oven, and then more before serving, as the sauce was inedible. Very tasty chicken - but avoid the sauce.

Quinoa with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms

Very easy, but a bit spicy, and though it's tasty, it needs something I can't quite put my finger on. This one's absolutely a keeper, it just needs to be toyed with a bit for my tastes.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Absolutely phenomenal recipe! I usually don't like pancakes, but these were too good to pass up. My only tweaks were the addition of around a teaspoon of vanilla as well as blueberries and white chocolate chips, and I halved the salt. It's a GREAT base recipe, and would be perfect on its own.

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

Though they were easy to make, as others have said, they take far longer to cook than the recipe states. Because it took about twice as long, my dinner had to be served minus the potatoes. In the end, their flavor was lacking and they had a bit too much butter. I'll definitely try again with a few tweaks.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Absolutely wonderful recipe! I have to point out that I live with some of the fussiest eaters I have ever had the misfortune to come across, and they were back looking for more. I did use fresh veggies instead of frozen, though I seriously doubt that would have changed much. It was a cinch to make, cutting up the veggies and chicken and cooking the rice were what took the longest. My only suggestion would be to make extra. It'll definitely go quick. ;)
