French Baguettes
This was a great recipe. This was my first time baking bread and it was really easy (I even made it while watching a baseball game :)). A few notes: I used all purpose flour (which didn't hurt it one bit), I didn't use a bread machine, and I skipped the egg yolk at the end and instead placed a pan of water in the oven to mist the bread. The crust came out perfectly crusty and the inside was soft and chewy. The perfect french bread. Also, I made it into four mini loaves instead of baguettes to aviod having to roll out the dough. Three of them are already gone (I made it yesterday afternoon) and I will definitely make this again.
