Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
These were so much fun to make that I don't even care if they're delicious or not (which they are). My friend came over and we had such a good time experimenting with flavors and "coverings" that we probably ate as many as we saved. We used a tablespoon of flavoring for each and my favorite was the Chambord liquor. I'm looking forward to serving them at an upcoming Christmas party.

Wasabi Yellowfin Tuna

Was delicious. I doubled the sauce and after marinating the tuna, I cooked up the sauce and served it over top of the fish. My husband and his friend were licking the plate.

Delicious Dog Treats

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
My puppies love them and can't get enough of them. I made them as Christmas gifts for friends' dogs this year and everyone was telling me how much their dogs loved the cookies. Several people have asked for the recipe. I will say though, with the small bone shaped cookie cutter I have, the recipe makes WAY more than 54 cookies! I have also subsituted chicken broth for water and when I did that, I could barely manage to bake them because I was tripping over both of my dogs and my father in law's dog as well!

Marinara Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
Delicious! My husband -who doesn't like tomato sauces that much -loved it. I added a hot pepper in to the sauce (because I love a little kick) and ended up actually serving it over pasta. I will definitly make it again.

Miracle Soup

Reviewed: May 22, 2007
So good I was eating it out of the pot before it was even done! I made a few changes because of personal taste (extra spicy) and because I didn't have certain ingredients (no bamboo, used sugar instead of fructose) and I used light soy sauce but it was just amazing. I have frozen the leftovers and it's just as amazing reheated.
