Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
This was delicious- I followed other reviewers suggestions of first coating the chicken pieces in flour before browning. In order to get the sauce to thicken nicely I heated it separately while I browned the chicken. When the chicken was mostly done I poured the warmed sauce over and it immediately turned "sticky" like the local restaurant's General Tso chicken. I used Agave nectar because I had run out of honey and next time I make this I would cut way back (1tbsp max) on the hot sauce. My husband and I like spicy food but the 2 tbsps completely overpowered the other flavors. Overall though, this got good reviews in my house and I will definitely make again! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
This was delicious! The pan searing really helps keep the meat moist. I added celery but otherwise followed the directions exactly. I also took some of the beef cubes out after it was done and shredded them and added the shreds back to the stew. I think this increases the meaty flavor in every bite!
