Wish I could give this 10 stars! OMGosh this is good! I did increase the sauce 3x, as I wanted more for the rice. And as per some of the other reviews..I mixed 1/2c flour and 1/2c cornstarch and dredged the chicken in that first, before frying. (I like the crispy chicken and wanted more of a glaze on the chicken) I did have to add some more oil and batch cooked the chicken, as it wouldn't all fit in one pan. To make it go a little further, I added about a cup of cashews, a cup of mushrooms, and a cup of sliced onion (after the chicken was done frying, I threw these last 3 ingredients in until the onion was tender) then added the sauce. Great recipe when made just as written and even after adding some texture to it. Thanks Kate!
