Not too bad for what it is, which is a basic recipe. I have gestational diabetes and was looking for a low-carb recipe and this one fit the bill. I need to eat an ounce of meat with my snacks throughout the day, so I just grab a cold meatball outta the fridge. I added some garlic powder, salt and parmesean cheese and baked them for a total of 25 minutes. Were pretty good and my 1-1/2 year old loved them too. I'll surely make these again....at least until the baby comes :-)
Edit: I made these again tonight with extra-lean ground beef, used crushed saltines instead of bread crumbs and added some garlic powder, parsley, dried onions, basil and some parmesan cheese. Poured some marina over top and baked a bit longer. YUMMM! My picky daughter even liked these.
