Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

This is a pretty good recipe when you make it as an oatmeal raisin cookie. I did the recipe exact other than I pressed down the dough when I put it on the cookie sheet because I don't like rounded cookies and these absolutely don't go flat. I also omitted the walnuts and of course the chocolate chips. I then added 1 tsp. of cinnamon.

Chocolate Banana Bread

absolutely delicious, I have never had a better banana bread. It's great for the chocolate lover. I didn't change a thing other than use a bundt pan, and baked for 80 minutes. It was done to perfection. Thanks for the great recipe, I will definitely be using this one for potlucks.

Baked Chicken with Peaches

This was really good. I removed the chicken at the end of cooking and added some cornstarch to thicken up the sauce. I didn't have cloves so I used nutmeg, although I may not add the nutmeg again.

French Toast II

As my husband said, "that was yummy"! All family members loved it. I used the exact recipe plus a tsp. of vanilla. I also did not soak bread for too long. I have looked for an easy but delicious french toast for awhile. The aroma while cooking was so good.
