Corn Tortilla Quiche

Whole family loved this. Added some garlic salt, some frozen veggies and 1 cup of chicken broth. Also threw in some Cheddar cheese towards the end. Picky kids had 2 helpings. Definitely a keeper in our house

Calico Cheese Dip

This got rave reviews on Christmas Eve! I was a little worried because my husband didn't think it looked very good, but my other relatives loved it and at least 2 people requested the recipe.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

I made this for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it! I toasted the pecans and used cherry flavored craisins and also used a baby romaine mix (pre-washed). I had several requests for the recipe from my family.
