Sylvia's Ribs
Loved it! I skipped the ketchup (we can't stand the stuff) and used more BBQ instead, and cooked these on the grill (watching the temp carefully!) but they were fantastic! Oh, and extra garlic of course. I made it again. This time I had steak sauce It makes a difference, I'm glad I picked some up. I used 1/3 the sugar (we found it to be a little sweet). I think we have perfected this. Boy, that was easy!

Kowloon's Chinese Chicken Wings
These were really good, but I boiled down the marinade and put some more on top before baking them (400 for 45 minutes) and I think that made them extra salty. My fault. I grew up on Kowloons wings, and I love them (OMG Saugus Wings!). I think next time I will make them without the salt, double the ginger, throw a handful of garlic in, and maybe use brown sugar instead of white. I know this changes the whole recipe, but hey, the heart wants what it wants.

Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf
Good, I only used 1 pepper, and I thought that was enough. I used bread crumbs instead of oatmeal. Will use more next time.
