Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
The best carrot cake! My husband is a carrot cake lover and he is so picky when it comes to carrot cake and he just loved this one. The frosting is what really does it. I left out the nuts since my son is allergic to them and it was still awesome!

Bacon Mushroom Chicken
My whole family loved this...picky eaters and all. Even my daughter who hates mushrooms loved it. Thanks for a wonderful recipe and a definite keeper!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
This mac and cheese was I guess just a little to creamy for my crew. It has a lot of sauce that it seems like the noodles just swim in. It was hard to get the kids to eat it and I ended up with a lot of leftovers. this recipe makes a lot of mac and cheese so make sure you either scale it down or have a hungry crowd.
