The Best Chicken Salad Ever

All I can say is YUM! I used mayonnaise because I don't like salad dressing. Otherwise, I made exactly as the recipe states. Will make this again and again. Thank you, Richard.

I made a loaf of bread and a pan of rolls with this recipe. My husband loved them. He said they tasted just like his grandmother's recipe. I used my kitchen aide to do the mixing and kneading they way one other reviewer suggested. This may become my new go to bread recipe. Thanks for posting it Peg.

Quick and Easy Chicken

This recipe was delicious. I tripled the recipe and because my chicken breasts were originally pre packaged frozen ones there was plenty of water from them and so I cooked them with the cover off the whole time. Served it on rice and had stir fry vegetables with them.

Egg and Hash Brown Pie

This was very tasty. I used Cabot Hunters Sharp cheddar cheese which added a nice bite. I didn't have green onions so used minced yellow onions. It was a great way to use up a small amount of bacon that wasn't enough to serve my whole family. We will definitely have this again.

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

My daughter, who is notoriously picky eater, gave this rave reviews and says "make this again, Mom". As another reviewer stated, I used Montreal Steak Seasoning on the chops and spicy brown mustard in the gravy.

Berdean's Cube Steak

This was quite yummy and easy to make. The meat was oh so tender! I mixed a little flour and water into the juices to make gravy for the potato. I'm thinking next time I will brown some onions with the steak.

Chicken Pot Pie I

I added poultry seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder to 1 can cream of chicken and one can cream of celery. Kids really liked it. A nice basic recipe to add to to your taste.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I used a 4 lb pork shoulder and a can of beer as I didn't have root beer. I cooked it on high for 5 hours and the meat just fell off the bone. After draining out the beer and shredding the pork I put it back in the crock pot with most of a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce so that there was some for those that wanted extra sauce. Everyone went back for seconds and thirds. There's hardly any left. I'm thinking of making this for a pot luck next week. Super easy and super yummy!

Baked Haddock

I made this with Whiting fish and it was very good. Update 7/7/2010: I made this tonight with Haddock and my daughter, who isn't a fish lover, ate three pieces! Yes, if set into the bottom of a dish without a rack it gets soggy. I think I'll try the rack next time. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

I didn't tell anyone this recipe contained ground turkey rather that ground beef and they liked it! Some would have never even tried it had they known it contained ground turkey. I did add more onion, a couple of big cloves of minced garlic and a couple of big spoonful's of sour cream. Will have this again.

Roasted New Potatoes

We have had these numerous times and it has become a family favorite. Leftovers are great chopped up for home fries with breakfast the next morning. I just add some chopped onions and butter to the pan. Yum.
