Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
Literally amazing. Followed the recipe exactly. Accidentally bought hazelnuts but they still tasted great, despite the fact that I usually hate them. Make this bread NOW! Drizzle some chocolate sauce on them, while you're at it :O) It tasted like a sundae, that's how rich, moist and delicious this bread is.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2007
I used 2 bananas, not 1 or 1.5 like people suggested. The bananas I used were not the giant kind you find nowadays in like, Costco or something. I also used the vanilla extract as others suggested, and I subsituted 2T of applesauce for the vegetable oil, which worked fine. I also used skim milk, and I think they turned out fine that way. These have to be cooked on low to medium heat, and thus take very long to make, but I think they're worth it :)

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
Both the falafel and sauce were amazing! I don't have a food processor, so I could not make the onions, garlic and parsley as small as it calls for, so the larger pieces of onion made the balls fall apart in the pan, but for the most part they stayed together. I used multigrain wraps, spread the cucumber sauce and some hummus on it and put some lettuce. SO GOOD.

Very good. Even if the bottom of my bread somehow did not cook as well as the top part, still tasty ;o)

AMAZING. I only cut the pecans in half, it is definitely better this way. Some may think it is too sugary, but my fam and I thought it was perfect :O)

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
As another reviewer suggested, I chilled the dough for an hour. I put them in the oven for 10 minutes, which was too long and the bottoms burned. The next batch went in for 8 minutes and were perfect! (of course it depends on your oven). Everyone loved them, though, despite being burned a little :O)!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2006
THE BEST!! Cut back on the onions and cilantro a bit, but left everything else as suggested. Seriously the best burritos EVER! Also, you just have to microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds. The oven just kept making them hard and unrollable. FIVE STARS :D!!
