Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2007
Delicious! I heeded advice from everyone else and added just a bit more milk and 2 tbs. sugar instead of the artificial sweetener, also subsituted blueberries for chocolate chips (it's what we had on hand) and presto! They were fantastic and my boyfriend admits now that whole wheat is definately the way to go. And still was around 273 calories per serving, which is still awesome!

Cheesy Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2007
I thought this recipe was just a little bland and boring. I only used a tablespoon of sugar after heeding advice from the previous reviews, and I used real bacon, but I think next time I make this dish I will use a little more sugar, more bacon and perhaps some freshly minced garlic and a lot of salt and pepper. It was tasty though and a good, solid potato salad. Just needs some spice!

Baked Apples

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This was an easy and delicious recipe! I might suggest cooking it longer because I like my baked apples just a little softer, but despite that it was fantastic.

Hungarian Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
I used less ketchup, white wine, and much more paprika and the taste of this dish was excellent, however the appearance was not as good. I think it might be a good idea to put the chops into some egg yolk before dipping into flour because as soon as I cooked it, the breading came off in clean chunks, so the end result looked like meat with chunky orangy stuff (and you can use your imagination to picture what that looks like on a plate). Good taste, horrible presentation.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2006
I really liked this recipe. As a college student, I actually had most of the ingredients on hand so it made this dish inexpensive. The assembly-line-esque prep of this dish made it quick and very easy. My only reservation about this dish was that it was just a little dry, but it still tasted excellent and I will probably try it again, just with some marinara sauce or perhaps with a barbeque sauce marinade.
