AMAZING!!! These are my go to cookies now. As suggested I used 3/4 white sugar, 1/4 brown and add an extra spoon of the maple.

A little bready, but a great option for a quick crust. Add the basal and garlic as suggested, it's a nice extra touch.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Very good! Instead of souring the milk I just used buttermilk, but then needed to add a few tablespoons of water to make the batter less cake like. Turned out extremely fluffy with very nice flavor!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
This is delicious, but DO NOT use 1/3 C of chili powder! I'm from Texas and like things so spicy my nose runs, but both my roommate and I couldn't handle the spice. The flavors of the veggies were good though, and I'll make it again (just using lots less chili powder- probably 3 teaspoons or so!

Hot Spinach Red Pepper Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
This stuff is AMAZING! I've made it twice in one week! It's super easy, fast, and tastes great. I use a bit more red pepper flakes... a little over a teaspoon probably. Also, if you're making it for a party you might want to double the recipe- it went really fast! Tastes great on pita chips too!
