Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
I liked the basic recipe but thought it had too much sweet pickle relish. Other than that I was happy with it and would make it again.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Excellent! A bit spicy for me and the kids, hubby loved it though. We sprinkled diced tomato over the top at the end and that was a nice touch.

Yummy minty butter cookies! They look so pretty on the tray. They aren't super sweet so a nice change from all the rich cookies during the holidays.

Awesome. Very dense, more like a quickbread but really, really good.

Love it! I like to use 1/2 cup applesauce in place of the vegetable oil.

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
These are fabulous. A bit fussier than your average chocolate chip cookie but totally worth it. When they say the dough will be quite soft, that's a bit of an understatement, but it does firm up in the fridge. I made the dough on Saturday and baked a dozen then, and kept the rest of the dough in the fridge a few days and it was just as good baked later. I ended up with about 3 dozen large cookies full of amazing chocolate goodness.

Navy Bean Soup I

Fantastic soup. It was so easy and turned out great. The only change I made was I didn't have an onion so I used 1 Tbl of dried onion flakes, and I left out the bay leaf.

Easy and yummy! I only ended up using 3 cups of milk instead of 4, but it made plenty.

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
I thought they were excellent and really tasted like a granola bar. Mine were a bit crumbly but I thought that might be due to the chocolate chips; I used full-size chips instead of the mini chips. I may try some of the recommendations of other reviewers but I'm definitely going to make this recipe again!

Yummylicious Japanese Beef Croquettes

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I loved these. We did use a lot less onion than in the recipe, only about a half of a large onion, but I'm not very fond of a strong onion taste. They didn't taste very Japanese to me, but they were a lot tastier than boring old meatballs and mashed potatoes! I'd definitely make again.

Wow. Both my husband and I were raving about how good this is. It was pretty easy for something that turned out so good. I'm definitely doing this again.

Crispy Potato Wedges

Super easy and tasty. I cut 16 wedges out of small potatoes so I only needed to cook them for about 35 minutes total.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies

I've been making these for a couple of years now. They come out just perfect. My husband likes them better with raisins, so I usually do half and half.

Banana-Chip Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2007
Really good! My toddler devoured them, and I had a hard time staying away from them. Just sweet enough, yum. All I had in the house was some milk chocolate, so I chopped that up and used it.

Mock Champagne

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
Excellent. We used pineapple sherbet instead of an ice ring, and it was really yummy. I could see how sparkling white grape juice would be good, but we used the regular kind and it was tasty. Thanks!
