Pumpkin Dump Cake

Loved this dump cake. I took advice from previous reviews and mixed the cake with the melted butter and gently pressed it into the pumpkin mix before baking. 50 minutes was perfect. My bible study group devoured it. Served it with homemade whip cream. Plan on making for Thanksgiving also! Like it better than pumpkin pie.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am picky about wanting soft chocolate chip cookies that aren't doughy. These were perfect. Nice, golden color, tasted yummy and not crispy! Will make again.

Sun-Dried Tomato and Bow Tie Pasta

Made this for a special Valentine's dinner with my husband. Used suggestions of other reviews including adding toasted pine nuts and parmesan. I also added extra mushrooms and cooked them in oil from the sun dried tomatoes packed in oil. I used Classico jarred pesto also. It turned out very flavorful. Will definitely make again!!

Vegetarian Chili

Very simple to make and is done so quickly. I accidentally left out the green chilies but it still tasted great. That is probably better for me because I don't like foods too spicy. Took to work for a potluck and it was gone quickly. Would make again and possibly add more veggies like carrots and corn or switch out the types of beans.

Buttercream Icing

Easy to make. Followed recipe exactly and it turned out delicious. Perfect to frost my sugar cookies. I like thick, soft icing and this was exactly that.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Perfect for making Christmas Cookies. Easy to roll out. Taste delish. I used the advice of others and baked at 375 for 6 minutes. They turned out soft but not doughy and they didn't brown.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

I ate this for 2 weeks straight. The only change I made was substituting toasted almonds for the cashews. I like this because it does not use the ramen noodle seasoning packet which contains chicken flavoring because I'm vegetarian.

Easy, fast and healthy. Made a large portion. I added some feta cheese and liked how that contributed to the flavors in the dish. I liked the hint of spice from the cayenne pepper.

Strawberry Fruit Dip

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this cake last night for my friend's birthday. I only had a 9.5" round bundt pan but 55 minutes was the perfect amount. It cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Some reviews had recommended mini size chocolate chips, however I actually liked the regular size. Would definitely make again. Had it for breakfast this morning:)

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Fabulous flavor. I mixed up all the ingredients and let them marinate a few hours before topping the bread. Be careful and watch the bread toasting under the boiler...it only takes a few seconds and half of mine burned because I set the timer for a minute and left it unattended.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These were very delicious. I prepared all the ingredients a few hours ahead for a party. Then I just threw them in the oven to bake 30 minutes before the guests arrive. They were easy and turned out perfect.
