Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs
These were the most AMAZING FALL OFF THE BONE ribs we ever had. Instead of Chili Sauce I used one cup Ketchup and two cups Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce. Followed the rest of the recipe as is and omitted the hot sauce. Slow cooked for 6 1/2 hours and finished them on the grill. We had a lot left over for just the two of us and I heated the leftovers in the oven on 300 until heated through with the leftover sauce and they were just as good if not better the second time. I am so glad I came across this recipe. I am ready to make them again even though I had them last night.

Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas
This recipe is so delicious. My husband keeps requesting this and it is so easy to make. Love the flavor and the aroma while cooking. I used my cast iron skillet to brown evenly. This is a dinner favorite. This is our new addiction. Thank you.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
This Beef Stew was OUTSTANDING and deserves more than 5 stars. I followed recipe as is, but added extra garlic (we love garlic). The aroma filled the house. I used 3 lbs of stew meat increasing the other ingredients and cooked on low for 8 hours and then on high for 2 hours. My husband raved about it and I cannot wait to have the leftovers.
