Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
This recipe did not turn out for me. I'm not sure how it turned out for other folks, but it was inedible for us. We crushed up the ginger in a mortar in pestle after chopping it, but it was tough and bitter (I'm wondering if maybe a food processor/blender is the way to go). And the dressing base had way too much soy. Not what I was looking for at all.

Honey Walnut Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2013
I wasn't a big fan of this dish. Part of it is my fault, I didn't read it thoroughly and didn't realized it was a fried dish at the outset - I'm not a bit fan of frying. Even so, I wasn't very impressed with the flavor of the dish either. I made it exactly as listed. I found it to be too sweet.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2013
I made this recipe almost exactly as it was posted. I used garlic powder as I had no onion powder, and real butter instead of margarine. I surrounded the chicken with sweet potato, broccoli, and onion. Cooked uncovered for the hr and 15 plus an extra 10 minutes covered for my bird to be finished. Turned out deliciously moist with yummy roasted veggies!!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
This is my favorite cookie recipe - easy and delicious! Instead of kisses I add semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter before baking. I do recommend cutting the sugar down just a tad (a little too sweet for me), though you have to be careful that the batter doesn't get too sticky.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
I agree with other posters, this took more like an hour to cook and we upped the temp to 400 towards the end of that. I mixed it with some veggies (squash, broccoli, bell pepper) and roasted it all together - turned out great!

Cashew Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
I love this recipe. It's easy and it always turns out great. My boyfriend and I have made it several time and I recently made it for my family on Christmas and they loved it too (and my siblings are a picky bunch!)
