Bacon and Parmesan Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
Really good and super easy. The only thing I added was a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar. Everyone enjoyed this very much. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This was good, the only problem I had was the sliced onions. Not the green onions, the plain. There was too much and they were hard to eat.

15-Minute Marinated Chicken

Really good. I followed the ingredients exactly, well almost, I didn't measure. Great flavor and easy to make on the grill. Thanks.

Sloppy Joe Pockets

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
These weren't easy to make. Maybe I used to much filling. They were awkward to close. They tasted pretty good.

Grilled Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
This recipe stays in my Recipe Box! This was very good on the first day, my husband said it was even better on the second day. I chose to use boneless chicken breast and pound the breast to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. It was pouring rain, so I broiled the chicken. Very good. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
I made these Thanksgiving weekend and they were excellent. Extremely easy. Note: I've made these again, and if you don't have a really warm kitchen, let them do their final rise in pan overnight covered with plastic. They were twice as big as the first time I made them!

Blue Cheese and Garlic Bread

Reviewed: May 26, 2013
I like the flavor, it was good. The only thing I would change is the amount of blue cheese dressing. 8oz. Is way too much. Next time I will use about 4 oz. instead.

Coney Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
This was very tasty. Almost sloppy joe like, but maybe because I let it simmer on the stove for about 40 minutes or so instead of just 10 minutes. Only because I made the coney sauce first and hadn't put the french fries in the oven yet.

Chocolate Babka

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
Very good, a bit of work but not too bad if you have a KA mixer. Mine wasn't dry at all, nice and moist. I baked them separately, the first came out a little overdone, so I reduced the cooking time by five minutes for the second one, perfect.

Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
This was pretty good. Served it with a green salad. I thought about adding a sauce, thinking the pizza would need it. It doesn't, the gorgonzola becomes like a sauce. Oh, and I only used an 8oz chunk of gorgonzola and it was perfect. I think much more gorgonzola would have been overpowering.

Angela's Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
It's not that this is bad, it's just glorified top ramen. I don't know why I expected more. I read the ingredients, but just expected that it would have more flavor.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
Very tasty. Paired with a spaghetti dinner and they were easy to make and nice and garlicky. I thought they were going to be pretty dense, but they were nice and fluffy.

Rich Pasta for the Poor Kitchen

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
This was very good, add some shrimp and you've got a great spaghetti scampi. I didn't add shrimp, but I did add about 1 1/2 cups of frozen peas for a little color and texture. Hubby said he didn't think the peas were going to work, but they did. Thanks for a recipe with ingredients that just about every pantry has available.

Very good and easy. The only thing I did different was to use 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the heavy cream. The family thought it was very good.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
I told my husband that we might wind up at Panda Express when I first took this out of the oven. First, I don't know how anyone can make this recipe work in a 9x13 pan. I started with a 9x13 and then switched to a 9x9. The only other changes I made were to add the entire 14 oz. can of evaporated milk, skip the regular milk and add an extra tablespoon of flour because of the extra mlk. If I make this again, I'll probably put in 1/2 can of evap milk and increase to three eggs. Thanks!

Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

This was good, the hubby liked it a lot. The broccoli should probably be blanched, it was too hard raw. Thanks.
