Anniversary Chicken I

I expected so much more from this, all the ingredients sound so good. It didn't have much flavor besides the cheese and bacon, mine came out dry, but I know stoves/ovens are different depending on where you live.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

These are soooo good. I followed the recipe exactly and had no problems. I had four peanut butter balls leftover, but that was because I used too much dough on a few cookies. It was not difficult to wrap the dough around the peanut butter ball, you just flatten the chocolate dough and then wrap it around the ball, it was super easy. I will definitely be keeping this recipe to make again. I took one to by husband when they came out of the oven and told him they taste like a baked Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Thanks!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

I have never made pretzels before. These were easy and fun to make. I can see where you can easily make a lot of variations to this basic recipe. The pretzels come out a little sweet, but the flavor is very good.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

I give this recipe five stars because I have never been able to make macaroni and cheese on a weeknight. The version I make takes at least two hours. The flavor is very good, my husband and daughter stuffed themselves silly on this recipe. Personally, I would have liked a little stronger flavor, maybe a little salt and pepper would do the trick. Thanks!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

These are very good and easy to make. I didn't quite have the complete measurement of powdered sugar, but that didn't seem to matter. I probably used about 1 1/2 Cups or 1/2 a box. Hubby thinks they are a real winner and he's normally "Just make chocolate chip cookies" kinda guy.

Taco Pie

I'm giving this four stars because my daughter thought it was really good. I put sour cream on the half that my husband and I ate and left the sour cream off the other half for my daughter. I thought it was heavy and not very tasty. My husband thought it tasted OK. I probably won't make this again, but I thank you for a quick and easy dinner.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I have never made teriyaki sauce before. I am never going to buy teriyaki sauce again. This was so easy and tasted sooooo good. I am all about really savory food and this sauce was packed with flavor, my family really enjoyed it. Thank You!

Chicken Parmigiana

Salisbury Steak

This was really tasty and very easy! I was afraid that the gravy was going to spill out of my frying pan so I made it in a separate saucepot and poured it on the steaks on the platter. My daugher had two big pieces, which always means she really, really liked it. Thanks.

Chicken Enchiladas II

I thought these were very tasty, but my husband and daughter didn't. I used cream of chicken soup cuz' that's what I had on hand, and my husband and daughter don't like mushrooms. I probably won't make it again, but it's a good recipe.

Salsa Chicken

This is very good. My husband really, really liked it, my daughter was eating it but I'm not sure how much she enjoyed it. I don't usually cook with direct measurements so it's always a little of this, some of that. I liked the combination of flavors, it will be interesting to taste different salsas. Thanks!

Grilled Orange Chicken

This recipe stays in my Recipe Box! This was very good on the first day, my husband said it was even better on the second day. I chose to use boneless chicken breast and pound the breast to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. It was pouring rain, so I broiled the chicken. Very good. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I made these Thanksgiving weekend and they were excellent. Extremely easy. Note: I've made these again, and if you don't have a really warm kitchen, let them do their final rise in pan overnight covered with plastic. They were twice as big as the first time I made them!
