I am going to try these again some day. Maybe it was my oven or maybe the recipe is supposed to be made with a bone-in pork chop, mine were so dry. Next time I will probably cut the cooking time down.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

I had to throw these away. I have made a very similar lemon bar recipe for years and always had a crumbly crust. So, I wanted to try these and see if the crust held better. They were so hard and the lemon layer is sooooo thin. I think the high temperature in the oven might be the problem.

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This was so good. I followed the advice of one reviewer who suggested putting the pasta into a bowl and then add the eggs and cheese off the heat. This was much easier than I thought it was going to be.

Tasty Sesame Tilapia

This was really easy to make, I used chicken cuz' hubby doesn't like fish. The hubby liked the taste a lot, I thought it was a little bland. Good recipe, thanks!

Mozechilli Casserole

Very easy. Very tasty. I used small elbow macaroni, that's what I had in the pantry. I didn't use a full jar of spaghetti sauce, I had about 3/4 of jar in the fridge that I wanted to use up, flavor didn't suffer. VERY GOOD!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Not sure why there is so much fuss about this recipe. I wanted it to be fabulous, it wasn't. The chicken is dry, the legs were almost like chicken jerky.

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

The only reason why I am giving this four stars instead of five, is that it really isn't a cheesecake. Like others have said, this is more like a danish. The flavor is excellent and the preparation is soooooo easy!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Not bad. The flavor was really good, the hubby and daughter liked it alot. Seven hours is a little long in the slow cooker for my kitchen, next time I might try five to six hours. Thanks!

Anniversary Chicken I

I expected so much more from this, all the ingredients sound so good. It didn't have much flavor besides the cheese and bacon, mine came out dry, but I know stoves/ovens are different depending on where you live.
