To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are very good. The buttery caramel flavor is a great combination. I used club crackers. I also used cocoa dusted peanuts instead of almonds. I already had the peanuts.

Beef Tips and Noodles

This was very tasty. I didn't have mushrooms and I used a can of French onion soup instead of water. I'll do different next time as my end result was too salty. I served it over mashed potatoes. This is a good recipe.

Blue Cheese and Garlic Bread

I like the flavor, it was good. The only thing I would change is the amount of blue cheese dressing. 8oz. Is way too much. Next time I will use about 4 oz. instead.

Banana Cake VI

Super good, followed the recipe exactly and it is great. Now I'm tempted to put all my cakes in the freezer for 45 minutes. I cooked it for an hour exactly, tested it a few time before taking it out and the hour was perfect. My oven thermometer read about 340. I would take this to family dinner. Thank you for a great recipe!

Peking Pork Chops

I didn't make this in a crock pot. I made it on the stove top. The flavor was really good, Tasted like a teriyaki pork chop. I used the remaining liquid from the saucepan and poured it over the top of the chops to serve. Yummy!

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

I give this five stars cuz' Hubby said this tastes like something you would get at a restaurant. I thought it was really good, but very sweet and very rich. Very easy to make, but from now on my slices will be very small!!!! I left out the nuts and didn't miss them at all.

Szechwan Shrimp

Very good. We had this with a cucumber salad recently. At first I didn't think there was going to be enough souce and contemplated doubling the sauce. I'm glad I didn't, there was enough sauce to coat the shrimp and the yakisoba noodles I served this over. I used two pinches of red pepper flakes, probably could have used more. Great tasting shrimp dish.

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

I was almost going to change the white onion to red, but I'm so glad I didn't. We had this withdinner a couple nights ago and Hubby loved it. The next day he ate all the leftover salad. Since there were only two us, you can imagine there was lots leftover. Very good, I didn't change anything.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Wow! These are really good. We really enjoyed them. I thought they would be a little bland at first, but the flavors really come together great. Wouldn't change anything about this one. A definite keeper.

Crock Pot Cobbler

Yummy! KLM said he has never tasted anything like it, and he meant it in a very good way. He ate his entire bowl. I liked it a lot too! Made a couple changes out of necessity. DSD doesn't like nuts, so I left them out and I had bought 2 cans of cherry pie filling instead of three and didn't want to go back to the store. All in all an excellent, tasty recipe.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Wow! These were great. I was a little concerned at first cuz' there was no way they could have been kneaded or rolled. I put the dough into a 9" square pan and baked for 20 minutes. My oven won't get up to 425. Cut them into squares in the pan and they turned out great. Not the usual hockey pucks my biscuits are. We have them with sausage gravy tonight for dinner. Excellent.

Coney Sauce

This was very tasty. Almost sloppy joe like, but maybe because I let it simmer on the stove for about 40 minutes or so instead of just 10 minutes. Only because I made the coney sauce first and hadn't put the french fries in the oven yet.

Very good, a bit of work but not too bad if you have a KA mixer. Mine wasn't dry at all, nice and moist. I baked them separately, the first came out a little overdone, so I reduced the cooking time by five minutes for the second one, perfect.

Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza

This was pretty good. Served it with a green salad. I thought about adding a sauce, thinking the pizza would need it. It doesn't, the gorgonzola becomes like a sauce. Oh, and I only used an 8oz chunk of gorgonzola and it was perfect. I think much more gorgonzola would have been overpowering.
