Oh, this is soooo good ~ incredibly warm, filling & satisfying. All of us loved it! I did make a handful of changes ... only used 3 chix breasts, doubled the cumin & used 1 can black beans & 1 can kidney beans (instead of 2 cans pinto). After reading other reviews, I was afraid it would be too dense (I really wanted something more soup-like), so I added a can of chix broth. I wish I had some tomatoes to throw in ~ would have been a great addition. After cooking, we spiced ours up with some hot sauce & red pepper flakes ~ need a bit more oomph for our family's tastes. Garnished with shredded cheddar & served corn muffins on the side. Perfect cold-weather dish ... highly recommend this recipe.
