Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

not a bad recipe, just have had better, I felt it was rather bland maybe if I spiced it up some with some hot tomato sauce, or used some more ranch seasoning. the only thing I did not have on hand was the dressing I used italian bread crumbs instead.. I think it sounded better than it tasted..

Love the Mama Lemon Bars

Good recipe just in time for Easter, nice pastal color and cool lemon taste. I did as others sugested and doubled the recipe you get a nice thick crust and more lemon topping! thanks for the post, now just have to tell myself no, one is enough!

Famous Pork Chops

a good recipe.. I did a few things different.. Used boneless pork chops which were thick so butterflied them and only used 2 eggs which was plenty as another suggested.. I did not use the butter, I used butter flavored cooking spray and baked uncovered for about 40 45 minutes.. I thought it turned out great and saved some of the fat and very moist and nicely browned Thanks for the post.

I thought this was tasty... I did a few things different as others suggested.. I sauted the cabbage is small amount butter...which seem to give it a little extra zing... served it with famous pork chops from thiis site.. will make again, thanks for the post!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

I thought this was good, I did make a change, I baked the chicken for about 30 minutes at 350 instead of frying..I did coat the pan with Pam.. then just made the sauce on the stove turned out great and saved a few calories...

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is a very good recipe! Good way to use those overripe bananas.. The sour cream gives it that extra punch! Thanks for the post! Note my pans were bigger than the ones called for but just added some time on the baking and they came out fine!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Five stars.. hands down! boy I did not know what I was missing untill I had a home made chicken pot pie, I made extra so had enough for 2 pies and was I glad.. every one who had some raved about it.. I did add some parsley,rosemary and thyme (dried) and some diced potatoes.. I did what others suggested and cooked the bottom crust for a few minutes so it wouldn't be soggy.. great tip.. thanks for the wonderful post

So-Easy Skillet Frittata

I liked this recipe....with a few changes, I am not a big fan of cilantro but I do like spicy..so I left out the cilantro and I added some green canned chilies, and sauted onions in olive oil and for an added kick I browned some turkey sausage and added to the mix, the cream cheese makes it fluffy and lite... great recipe thanks for the post

Honey Baked Chicken II

I thought this was awesom! I did make a few changes, I used 1/2 the butter,(unsalted) added a little more brown spicy mustard, for the honey I used "star thistle" honey, a dark rich honey! I reduced the sauce after cooking the chicken and used it as a dipping sauce. Talk about good.. thank you for the great post!!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Wow! this is very good, I did make a few changes tho. I replaced one and 1/4 cups of the white sugar for lite brown sugar and I added about a 1/4 cup more of grated zucchini, finally I added 1/4 cup raisins. After it cooled down, I topped slices of the bread with cream cheese.. very good. thanks for the post
