Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
instead of using chicken thighs, i followed the advice of some other reviewer's and used boneless skinless chicken breast( i dumped the sauce over the chicken). i also lined my baking dish with foil. other than that i did not change the recipe. i was worried while making the sauce and while the chicken was baking, the vinegar smelled really strong but it came out so perfect! i will definately make this again!!

Creamy Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
i scaled this recipe down to 6 servings as it is just me & the hubby here. i followed the scaled recipes exactly. the soup is ok. i thought it would have a stronger lemon taste but it didn't. i accidently cooked it too long and there wasn't much soup left. but it was still good. just next time i'll add more lemon and pay more attetion! my hubby said it was ok. i made this with the gourmet chicken sandwhich recipe by Lclarke on this site.

Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
i made these with the "creamy lemon chicken soup" by taste of home on this site. these were really good. unfortunately my focaccia bread molded before i could use it so i just used flatbread (which i had on hand). they turned out really good. my hubby hates mayo but actually loved the sauce! next time i'll probably try adding different herbs.

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
i'm not the biggest fan of blue cheese and for me it was a bit too much. my cheese melted out of the chops, they shrunk horribly...just one thing after another! this recipe was ok, idk if i'd make it again but like i said, i'm not the biggest fan of blue cheese. my hubby liked it more than i do (and he loves blue chz). i followed the recipe exactly.

Sweet Potato Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
i made this recipe exactly but minus the icing/topping. i was really worried when making it as it was very soupy but it turned out fine. to me it taste just like a pumpkin pie. but i love pumpkin pie so it's ok. i will definately make this again.

Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
i don't change anything about this recipe. for my pound of green beans i look for the ones in the steam fresh bags(fresh beans not frozen, usually in the produce section). i love this recipe! i have made it several times & will continue to make them just as the recipe says. it's perfect & doesn't need changing.

Garlic Green Beans

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
idk if i did something or what but when i made these, they weren't that good. next time (i will try again) i'm not gonna use both the butter & olive oil as for us, that was just too much. there wasn't as much of a garlic taste as i would expect. but i will try again.

Italian Easter Cookies

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
the only thing i changed about this recipe was me & the hubby rolled the dough in 1-2 inch balls and just mashed them down into a cookie shape. and i scaled the recipe down to 18.after we made them & tasted how good they were, i wished i hadn't! these will definately become a household fave! thx for this awesome recipe! : )

123 Mocha 2 Go

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
this was very easy to make. i made this exactly as the recipe said. i added 2T. of cinnamon before i remembered my sister doesn't like it (i divided the mixture up and gave to my sisters & mother in law). this is a good recipe but next time i make it i'm leaving the cinnamon out. i love the spice but not in this. this is a good recipe & we will probably always have this on hand now. thx for the recipe! : )

i bought all the stuff for this recipe then realized our grill was out of gas. so i made the marinade, and let the chicken set in it over night. i then baked it in the oven at 350. wow! this is amazing!! yes we will be making this again, hopefully on the grill this time ; )

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
this was an amazing meatloaf. i used dried rosemary instead of fresh. my mistake! i used the amount it said(with the dried herb), it should have been alot less! also, i didn't cut the leaves up and we kept getting them in each bite. again, this was my mistake not the creator's. we will definately make this again but with less (and cut up) dried rosemary! it tasted great (other than my mistakes!)
