I'm not a big fan of biscuits, but let me tell you these are AMAZING! I followed the recipe, but I followed another reviewers tip and added melted butter to the tops before I baked them. Try this biscuit recipe, you won't be sorry.

Praline-Pumpkin Mousse Cornucopias

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2012
Made this recipe the other day where I work. The Residents and staff LOVED it! I doubled the recipe and I still ran out. For a family, it would be great! I agree with the other reviewer, the pumpkin mouse is luscious! I could eat the whole bowl (didn't of course!) Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Mom's Best Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
Made this meatloaf yesterday. Was weary about adding the cornmeal to it, I did and I'm glad I did. I have to say this was the best meatloaf I've had in a long time. The only thing different that I did was to add a very strips of bacon over the top of the sauce/meatloaf, cause my guy likes bacon so much, it was really good. Made with real mashed potatoes and corn on th cob. Awesome! Passing this recipe to my friends to try. Thanks for sharing with us.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
These potatoes are soooo good. I did alter the recipe a little. I added 1/2 tsp more salt, because to me, potatoes always absorb the salt, so I added alittle extra. I followed the recipe the way it is printed. I noticed that when I added the sauce to the top of the potatoes, I had to shift the potatoes alittle so the sauce would not run over the pan. I also used the reynolds non stick foil, (good move) and also put the dish on a cookie sheet so I wouldnt have a mess (glad I did). Next time, the ingredients are perfect, I'm glad I doubled the salt, however, I will layer the potatoes with the onion, but I will put some of the sauce over the potatoes, then do another layer of potatoes, then top with the remaining sauce. These were the best homemade au gratin potatoes, my boyfriend 2 helpings and said they were the best. Leftovers microwaved, just as creamy. Try them

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
I made this recipe yesterday, took the advice of the other cooks, doubled the sauce mixture, used a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken soup. Used 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning and used a mexican cheese blend. I followed pretty much the recipe to build the enchiladas. My boyfriend who doesnt care for the red enchilada sauce absolutely loved these chicken enchiladas. He couldnt believe how good they were. Thanks for a tasty recipe. I will be making these again.

Best Chocolate Chippers

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
I have been in pursuit of the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe for some time. I have tried many recipes and this is by far my favorite. If you like a crispy, awesome tastng chocolate chip cookie, look no further, this is the recipe for you. I even think this batter can be used many other ways, I will add crushed pecans, no chips and it will be identicle to the famous cookie we are familiar with. I will also add peanut butter and milk chocolate chips for a different twist on this cookie. Do yourself a favor and try this recipe.

I made this recipe yesterday and took the other reviewers suggestions by doubling the streuesel topping. The bread is delicious and the recipe was wanted by several of my co-workers. The bread baked in the amount of time suggested and did not overflow. I will definetly make this bread again.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2008
I am an activity director for an assisted living facility and we made this recipe to the "T" to make Halloween cookies. This recipe is outstanding. The cookie dough is easy to roll and when the cookies are baked, they keep their shape and taste great. I will be using this recipe to make all our holiday cookies in the future. Thanks for a great recipe. The residents and staff gobbled them up!

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
I made these as a treat for my residents the other day. They are fabulous! I had two batches gone in no time. Most enjoyed them without the pizza sauce. Today, I took the idea of the pinwheel, sprinkled cinnamon & sugar over the crescent roll, topped with cherry pie filling, rolled them up (quite messy, I have to say) but boy were they good! I used the jumbo crescent rolls too... You can adapt this recipe to any filling I guess... This original recipe is a keeper!

Excellent Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
I made this soup today for an activity with our residents. I put all the ingredients in a crock pot early in the morning and cooked it on high all day. The only thing I did different was I put all the broccoli in a microwave bowl and cooked it for about 7 minutes to give it a head start. I also had to decrease the chicken broth to 8 cups and the milk to 7 cups, mainly because the crock pot was full to the top. EVERYONE loved this soup! It was gone in about 1/2 hour. This is definetly a make again for us! Thanks....

Thin Mint Crackers

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
Wow! I made these with my residents (I'm an Activity Director for Assisted Living) and I had to make two batches! No one could believe that you made these with crackers and how incredibly easy they were! Those "other" thin mint cookies are a great fund raiser, but these are way better and cheaper! Thanks for the recipe!

Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
This frosting is delicious on chocolate cake. I added vanilla extract for extra flavor. I also have a Kitchen Aid mixer which makes this frsoting extra light and fluffy. I agree that this frosting is better the next day. It will loose the "sugar granular" texture if you let it sit. This version is also much easier than the one that I made when I was kid. Thanks for the recipe.

Down Home Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2007
I made this recipe tonight for a party! All I heard was "Who made the beans"! I had to give it out to several people, I did however, use only half the brown sugar. These beans are really good. I made a double batch and there were no leftovers! This recipe is one to keep.
