Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

My first whole chicken! It was very good and juicy. I did double the ingredients for the rub and put an onion and some rosemary in the cavity. Very good.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Love it. I had run out of ranch dressing and used 1/4 cup Hellman's mayo and 1/4 cup goddess dressing as a substitute. It was sooo good. Since then, I've made it at least four times, still using my mayo/dressing instead of ranch. The chicken is so tender and juicy.
