I USED THE MILD CURRY. IT WAS A BIT BLAND, SO NEXT TIME I WILL USE THE HOT CURRY. IT DEFINITELY TASTES BETTER THE NEXT DAY.

I gotta admit to being skeptical since I don't like canned cranberry sauce. Neither does my sister in law, but we both loved this stuff. It was so easy to make and I will make it every year during the holidays. The only thing is that it is a bit runny. I think it would be great spread for a left over turkey sandwich too.

Oh man this was great! I was a bit concerned about using canned yams, but it wasn't even an issue once we tasted it. I mixed it in my KitchenAid mixer and it was a little runny, but it baked very well. I baked it the first time, so I could use the oven for the turkey and then reheated it in the oven just before serving. This made the topping extra crispy and good.

The best french toast I have EVER eaten anywhere! The only tip that I would share is to stir/whisk the egg&milk mixture prior to add each piece of bread because the cinnamon stays at the bottom. Paired with real maple syrup and it doesn't get any better. My husband eats 6 slices every time I make it.

I served this for Christmas dinner. Neither I or anyone else finished our first roll, much less go back for seconds. The only positive thing about this recipie is how easy it was to make. Pretty bland and unremarkable. I got about 20 rolls out of the recipie.

VERY GOOD & EASY. I THREW EVERYTHING INTO MY MAGIC BULLET FOR A QUICK SPIN. I LET THE MEAT MARINATE FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS, BUT NEXT TIME IT WILL BE OVERNIGHT.

VERY GOOD AND SPICY, PROBABLY BECAUSE I USED 2 OF THE PEPPERS AND ALL OF THE SAUCE FROM THE CAN. I MARINATED THE MEAT FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS. NEXT TIME I WILL USE THE GRILL LIKE THE RECIPE SAYS, BECAUSE THE MARINADE IS SO THICK THAT IT KEPT BURNING IN THE HOT PAN. I WILL ALSO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE RECIPE BECAUSE I ONLY HAD ENOUGH TO COVER ONE POUND OF STEAK.

My hubbby loved this! I split and toast some Cotton's French twin loaf bread with a little mayo & the au jus on the side for dipping. Creates a po boy that is embarassingly easy. I was a little concerned about the veggies in the jars, but they cooked down to almost nothing. Snuck those veggies in on my carnivore husband by mashing the remaining whole ones and he never knew it. It is more flavorful when I season the meat the day before cooking. 4 stars for flavor (something is still missing, but I'm not sure what) and 5 stars for how easy it is to cook.

Super easy and quick recipie. Next time I will preseason meat the day before and add additional seasoning to punch up the flavor. Here in Louisiana, we are accustomed to highly seasoned foods, so I am used to having to "kicking it up a notch" after trying a new recipie.

I had my doubts, between the temp and asking hubby (typically limited to grilling) to cook this for us tonight. The recipe is soooooo easy! It turned out nicely, although it cooked a little longer than required, so it wasn't med rare like I prefer. It was still juicy and tender. Will defintely use this recipe again.

Holy Cow!!!! This is now my favorite cucumber salad. So light and refreshing. A few tweaks: 1)used rice vinegar instead of white vinegar. 2)used pre-toasted sesame seeds, eliminating the oil. 3)used freshly ground black pepper 4)used a long English cucumber Definitely allow time for the flavors to come together before serving. I set it aside for an hour and it was sooooo good! I went back into the kitchen and made a double recipe of just the dressing. I only put 1 T of sesame seeds since I don't know how much vinegar they may absorb. Keeping it in the fridge, so it is ready to go for the next few days. Keeping presliced veggies on standby. Gonna put it all together for lunch at work and share with coworkers. Yummy, can't wait to enjoy it again.

Made this the first time for a get together for the women at church. I had requests for the recipe and it was so easy I was able to remember it by heart. This is a super easy way to enjoy cranberries for the holidays. My husband got to taste it and said he really liked it. I intend to make this every year.

It did make a big pone! I am not sure which part of the South this is from and so to each his own. I am from Louisiana and the buttermilk taste was too strong for me. Gonna keep searching.

Very juicy turkey! Had a cheap turkey, but it tasted great. Everyone went back for seconds and thirds. Even heard one guy say it was the best he had ever eaten. Only downside is that you can't use drippings for gravy, due to the brown sugar in the brine. I imagine it would make the gravy sweet.

You must love tart lemon flavor to appreciate this cake! Unfortunately, most of my guests didn't enjoy it. I prefer it tart and it was almost too tart for me. I won't make it again, since I can't eat a whole cake.
