Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

I thought the sauce was way to heavy for good fresh salmon. Just a little lemon juice and fresh dill next time. Poaching it in water and wine strips it of its natural flavors. Will never make it again.

Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

The sauce was way to think and even adding lots of herbs very bland. It was my mistake using too much flour I am sure. I think I will save my crab dishes and chicken dishes separate.

Peanut Butter Brownies II

If you are a chocolate and peanut butter addict do not try these. You will eat them all. Made them with my 8 year old grandson and they were easy and sooooo good.
