Great, great recipe!!! What I love about it is that you can tweek this and come up with many different variations. I add 1 1/2 cups of crispy rice cereal, an extra egg, and I double the cinnamon. I also add dried cranberries along with the raisins. I also use whole wheat flour instead of white and I throw in some flax. The crispy rice cereal give it a nice crunch and the extra egg adds the moisture needed because of the extra dry ingredients. All the ingredients that I use are organic. I am going to try a Christmas variation this year by using only dried cranberries and adding white chocolate chips.....sounds good!!!! WARNING....once you try this, you will turn your nose up at any store bought granola bar:) It is a great way to replace junk with a good healthy snack:) I highly recommend this recipe!!
