Chana Masala (Chickpeas and Tomatoes)
I made this dish today and it's a winner!! The only thing that I added was sugar. I add sugar to any dish that I make that has a tomato base. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

Quinoa and Black Beans
Excellent!!! I added 1/2 cup salsa, doubled the garlic, and added Quorn chikin tenders (vegetarian meat substitute). It was very, very tasty!!! Try it:)

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
Excellent bread recipe. I grind my own grain and make this with 100% freshly ground whole wheat flour. I add one tablespoon of vital wheat gluten for each cup of flour that I use to help it rise since using all whole wheat flour makes a heavier loaf of bread. Very, very good!!!
