Banana Pancakes I

Very good! I added chocolate chips which made them delish. I used one banana, per reviews, and I think two would have been better. It's best to try a recipe as is and then use reviewers' suggestions after that if needed, so that was my error. Good recipe!

Marcia's Famous Sticky Buns

Oh my gosh, this was incredible! I could have eaten the entire pan! I'm not sure why the person said to cover it in a wet paper towel all night, but I followed all directions and it turned out SO GOOD. It's just delicious - I'll be making this again and again! I followed everyone's advice and bought the Jello Cook and Serve Butterscotch pudding. I accidentally got the fat free kind and it tasted great. PERFECT recipe!

Three Cheese Manicotti II

DELICIOUS! I boiled water and just kept the manicotti in the hot water (turned the heat off) for about 10 minutes. I stuffed them with the listed ingredients and some spinach (added healthy ingredient ;)) and put the ingredients in a gallon size ziplock. I cut a hole in the corner and squeezed it into the manicotti. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I followed this recipe to a "t" and it was delicious! I'll make this again and again, alternating with reese's and kisses in the center. VERY good! And my cookies never turn out!

Banana Crumb Muffins

AMAZING. I substituted 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and used 1 cup white all-purpose flour. I added a handful of walnuts and I'm glad I did. I used egg whites instead of eggs and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light instead of butter. Delicious! I messed up the brown sugar/butter/cinn. crumble for the top, but I think that was my fault. DELICIOUS muffins and perfect recipe, you can just use alterations to make it a little healthier because you'll eat the whole pan. These are not gonna last long here!

Super Sausage Gravy

I made this for my husband, who inhaled it! I followed the recipe to a "t" except that I used hot sausage as that's all we had. Next time I'd do regular and I might brave making my own biscuits (though my husband said it was fine with Grands, I think it'd be better from scratch or maybe another brand that is more like restaurants). I used the exact amounts of everything listed here, including a full pound of sausage, and it was a hit! I drained the grease after I cooked the sausage except for a tiny bit to help the gravy come together a bit. My husband rates this an A+!

30-Minute Minestrone

This was so easy and delicious! I used chicken bouillon instead of beef, no celery or cabbage, and lots of carrots, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. It was a great way to use spinach that was about to go bad and it was so healthy! I also used Italian seasoning and olive oil instead of veg. oil. Delicious! Going to make it again tonight, actually!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

My husband LOVED this. I followed it to a "t" except that I added cream of mushroom, per reviewers suggestions. I added 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic with the onion as well. The sauce was way more than we needed, but better too much than too little! We'll definitely make this again. Thank you!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

I enjoyed this - it's healthy overall and easy. I didn't use anchovy paste and liked that it was optional. I added a bunch of spices and a little more black pepper than it called for. Very good! We won't use the premade stuff again!

Fresh Tomato and Rosemary Tart

Delicious! I used fresh rosemary and basil. I'm curious how this would be with mozz instead of swiss, but I had some swiss that was about to go bad and this was a perfect way to use it. Very yummy and fresh tasting.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Simply amazing. This is the BEST pizza I have EVER had. The only changes I made are that I added finely cut spinach and tomatoes to the cooked alfredo sauce. People who wanted to "thin" the alfredo...guess what...this is your CHEESE topping. You don't thin that. Do not top this with mozz. cheese. You are ruining it by doing that and changing it from a perfect specialty pizza to a regular pizza. No - mozz - needed. The author made this recipe absolutely perfect, don't change it. If you wanna add veggies, I'd recommend doing that at the end and just throwing them in the alfredo sauce before you spread it on the pizza. Only other small thing I changed is I baked the pizza crust on a pizza stone for 5 minutes before topping it and I added more rosemary to the crust than called for (about twice as much). SO good! Thank you for posting this recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was so fantastic and filling! I'm stuffed from one piece but I want more it was so good! I did not double the filling, in spite of reviewers. The only things I changed are that I added a clove of garlic to the onion and added a can of potatoes and a can of carrots (instead of fresh) and I didn't have celery so I didn't use it. I used a bag of mixed veggies instead of just peas. I boiled the chicken mixture in fat free chicken broth like other reviewers did and I think it helped the flavor. I baked the bottom crust for 5 minutes (brushed with egg whites) before I cooked it. I used whole milk because I figured it would make the sauce thicker and more rich, but I may try a "light" version another time. I used a half an onion instead of a third for flavor. I used garlic salt, lots of pepper and celery seed. This was SO good I will most DEFINITELY be making it again - thank you!!!!

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

We really enjoyed these! It took a while to melt the butterscotch in the microwave, but be sure to melt them all the way. I read that the marshmallows 'disappear' and you can't see them - when I made them, you can see them. When you first take them out of the oven, it looks like a big marshmallow puff. When you let it cool, they sort of melt into the brownies. I thought these were awesome and my husband and I ate them in 4 days! The entire pan! :)

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

DELICIOUS! Per other reviewer's suggestions, I didn't add the beer. I didn't add any liquid at all, though I would've added water if anything. Didn't have any chili beans and it didn't matter. Only used 1 chicken breast, so I made a bit of a smaller batch but I loved the seasonings. I added a little extra cayenne pepper and some fresh garlic. DELICIOUS and hearty!

Easy Chicken Fajita Soup

Very good! To make it easier I bought the precooked, precut chicken strips. My husband still didn't think it was very spicy with the poblano pepper, but I disagreed! Next time I may throw in a jalepeno pepper, too, for him. I added a can of diced tomatoes and omitted the green pepper (but used the red pepper). I also added 1.5 cups of water in addition to the broth because I like more liquid in my soup. Very good! Thank you!

Lower Fat Banana Bread II

This recipe was amazing! I've never made any kind of bread before and it turned out PERFECT! I omitted the vegetable oil entirely and used 3 bananas. I also added a tablespoon of cinnamin and reduced the vanilla to a teaspoon as other reviewers suggested.
