Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2014
My whole family loved it! My son asked if I could make this more often. I used old hot dog buns to get rid of them. Worked great!

Breakfast Pies

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
These were okay. Flattening the biscuits made them tough and there really wasn't a lot of flavor. I thought these would be easy, but I think making egg casserole the night before is easier. Probably won't make them again.

Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
This was super good and so easy!! I don't think I'll buy hot fudge sauce anymore. This is way better than Hershey's and it's almost and good as Sanders (for any other Michigan people who know about it). YUM!!!

Parmesan Spinach Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
My mom made this recipe 20 years ago for my high school graduation. These are wonderful. But we use Pepperidge Farms herbed stuffing mix (blue bag) in place of the bread crumbs - this gives it a little more flavor. And finely chopped regular onions work just as well. Great recipe!!

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
My family was very unimpressed with this dish. Kids wouldn't eat it. We had to add lots of extra peanuts and cilantro to make it taste like something.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2006
This was really good! I followed a reviewer's suggestion and browned the curry in a hot pan. I think I would cut down on the amount of cinnamon though. I also used a whole can of coconut milk and let it simmer longer in order to thicken up. Very authentic and yummy!

Indian Style Basmati Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2006
This recipe is very close to what I've had in restaurants. I didn't use the onions, and next time, I would cut the cumin seed amount by half. Overall, very good!
