Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Everyone loved it. I made 2, and took out the sausage and liver for our vegetarian guests and just added some pecans and chopped green pepper and mushrooms. Both versions were a hit. I made each in a casserole and added extra broth so it would not be too dry.
