North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
This recipe is great! I was not able to smoke the meat on the grill so I made it in the crock pot. I added all the ingredients and cook it on low for 8-9 hours. It turned out moist, tender, and juicy! Oh and I used a pork butt. I made it twice already! Great recipe!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
These were the best oatmeal cookies I have ever tasted! Everyone else that tried one loved them too! I added about 1/2 tsp all spice to give them a boost of flavor. They are moist and chewy just how I like them! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

The Very Best Burgers!

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2006
These burghers were wonderful! I split the recipe since I was only cooking for 2 people. The shredded potato was a nice touch because it kept the burgers juicy. You didn't even know the potato was in there! They also had a lot of flavor! I would make these again!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2006
the muffins were delicious and moist. the only modifications I made was I added 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg like another cook suggested. I also used unrefined sugar instead of white sugar and I made 6 jumbo muffins. I baked them for the full 30 min. They were wonderful! I will definately make these again!

Buzzsaw's BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
I used this sauce for chicken thighs and it was sooo good! It doesn't even come close to store bought bbq sauce. Next time I will try it on ribs!

Cook's Ham Steak with Classic Cherry Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
The glaze was pretty good! The cherries from the preserves plumped up nicely and it gave the ham a sweet flavor. However, my ham was too salty. I would make this again with a better ham steak.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
This roast was wonderful! I am not usually a fan of pot roasts but this one was awesome and so easy! I had my boyfriend start it when I was at work and it was nice and tender when I got home. He loved it too! The gravy was sweet which was a nice change from your ordinary gravy. I will definately make this again.

I thought that this recipe was very good! I cut my potatoes into eighths so they would be crispier and they were wonderful! The rosemary added a nice flavor.

Pepperoni Stromboli

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2006
This stromboli was very good! I did a few things different. I used pizza sauce, added sauteed mushrooms and onions, and brushed an egg wash on the outside with basil for a nice golden crust. It looked very nice esp with the braid. I would make this again!
