North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

This recipe is great! I was not able to smoke the meat on the grill so I made it in the crock pot. I added all the ingredients and cook it on low for 8-9 hours. It turned out moist, tender, and juicy! Oh and I used a pork butt. I made it twice already! Great recipe!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

These were the best oatmeal cookies I have ever tasted! Everyone else that tried one loved them too! I added about 1/2 tsp all spice to give them a boost of flavor. They are moist and chewy just how I like them! Thank you for the awesome recipe!

The Very Best Burgers!

These burghers were wonderful! I split the recipe since I was only cooking for 2 people. The shredded potato was a nice touch because it kept the burgers juicy. You didn't even know the potato was in there! They also had a lot of flavor! I would make these again!

Pennsylvania Dutch Pickled Beets and Eggs

These pickled eggs were very good! I made them for a picnic so I doubled the recipe and pickled 1 1/2 doz eggs. The cloves, bay leaf, and onion added a nice flavor. I would make these again!

Banana Muffins II

the muffins were delicious and moist. the only modifications I made was I added 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg like another cook suggested. I also used unrefined sugar instead of white sugar and I made 6 jumbo muffins. I baked them for the full 30 min. They were wonderful! I will definately make these again!

Buzzsaw's BBQ Sauce

I used this sauce for chicken thighs and it was sooo good! It doesn't even come close to store bought bbq sauce. Next time I will try it on ribs!

Cucumber Dip II

Cook's Ham Steak with Classic Cherry Glaze

The glaze was pretty good! The cherries from the preserves plumped up nicely and it gave the ham a sweet flavor. However, my ham was too salty. I would make this again with a better ham steak.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

This roast was wonderful! I am not usually a fan of pot roasts but this one was awesome and so easy! I had my boyfriend start it when I was at work and it was nice and tender when I got home. He loved it too! The gravy was sweet which was a nice change from your ordinary gravy. I will definately make this again.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

I thought that this recipe was very good! I cut my potatoes into eighths so they would be crispier and they were wonderful! The rosemary added a nice flavor.

Pepperoni Stromboli

This stromboli was very good! I did a few things different. I used pizza sauce, added sauteed mushrooms and onions, and brushed an egg wash on the outside with basil for a nice golden crust. It looked very nice esp with the braid. I would make this again!
