Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

This was great!! My kids loved it! I used chicken broth instead of water and eliminated the beef bouillon-- too salty for my taste. I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. I served with egg noodles and sauteed zucchini, I came home to a good meal with no stress!

London Broil for the Slow Cooker

This was a good meal after a long day at work!! I didn't add the basil, oregano or mushrooms because I was in a hurry and forgot. I added a dry soup mix. I served over egg noodles with steamed zucchini. Family ate it up!! Suggestion to readers: use only half of the dry soup mix.. it came out a little salty..

Pork Chops Sauteed with Mushrooms

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole

This is super easy to make and you can modify the recipe to fit what you have on hand. I did not have the chicken soup or swiss cheese. Instead I used 1/2 celery and 1/2 cheese soup with pepper jack cheese. I served asparagus on the side and my family loved it. I also seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and oniopn powder to give it more flavor.
