Zucchini with Chickpea and Mushroom Stuffing

I sprinkled some grated pamesan on the shells, added a splash of balsalmic vinegar to the mixture, and topped it with some oregano before baking. Overall, it was very good but very dry. Any suggestions?

Easy Vegetarian Pasta

Quick and delicious dinner! This dish is perfect for summer. I did not use mushrooms (allergy); I only used half of a red onion and two tomatoes, and I added a sprinkle of basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. It turned out well and was great when served with wine.

Sourdough Veggie Sandwiches

I'm a novice cook and this seemed like it would be easy. While a good sandwich, it became quite messy. Anyone else try this recipe with cleaner results?
