I crushed the hazelnuts in a processor. Used parchment paper and put the sheet on the middle rack of the oven. I also used more hazelnut extract instead of vanilla. They're AWESOME! Seriously. My parents are very picky and they had 3 each! I'll make this again for sure!

Holy cow! I made two and gave one to my dog's vet! He's Indian and his family loved it!!! He asked for the recipe. I added a little more carrot and cinnamon. So awesome!

Holy cow! This was WAY better than I thought it would be! I omitted the pine nuts, used ground turkey and whole wheat pasta and added a sprinkle of parm cheese and lemon zest! Like I said, HOLY COW! Really great!

Not exactly sure what happened but I followed this recipe word for word and they came out super flat and far too cakey. The taste is so-so, SO I'll have them with some ice cream.

People in the states tend to like things super-sweet because they've been weaned on Twinkies. Scones are NOT supposed to be overly sweet. These are very good, considering the fact that the dough is like that of cookie dough. I just used tablespoon fulls and dropped them on the sheet. AWESOME! And not too much sugar. Have them with tea or coffee and they're even better!

Family LOVED IT! I used Swali fish, kind of like catfish only cheaper.

I used 3 cups of banana because I had so much. This was AWESOME! Followed the rest of the recipe verbatum.

It's far too watery going into the oven and, like many other reviewers, it takes FOREVER to cook. The recipe states that it should only take about 40 minutes, but I'd had mine in the oven for 1 hour, 15 minutes, and the middle has yet to set. The taste was passable, but I've had much better. :-(

OMG! This is without a doubt, the best bread that has ever come out of my bread machine! I had always put in the yeast last and the bread comes out like a brick. Proofing the yeast first is the best thing to do! I actually substituted 3/4 cup of corn meal for 3/4 cup of regular flour and it absolutely came out amazing! I will never, ever, lose this recipe!

This is the best GC recipe that I've ver tried! Even my father who is very picky just loved it! I added a full tablespoon of cinnamon and it was even better!

Made it with fresh tomatos from the garden. It was very good, but we don't have a 'food mill' so I used a strainer and it was pretty cumbersome. The taste is very good, but will add some peppericinos and basil to spice it up a bit. I think I may add some fresh cheese, too. But the basic recipe tastes great.

I used sugar free raspberry jam to reduce the sugar. These are fantastic!

I live in South Korea right now and this is a great recipe! It works well with pork ribs/steak, too! Wrap the cut up pieces in bib lettuce and enjoy with rice!

My 5 year old has a very discerning palate and did not care for this at all.

Not bad. Definitely cakier than I expected and not nearly as sweet as I thought they'd be with all the honey. I used whole wheat flour for half the flour and cinnamon and nutmeg instead of anise, but I think anise would taste great if you have it. If you're seriously trying to lose weight and have a low fat treat, this wouldn't be bad with a glass of skim milk. Or with the whole wheat flour, like I did, you could even make these for a quick, healthy breakfast out the door. I made them because I had honey and didn't want to throw it out. I used what was on hand to make 'my own' recipe of sorts. But they're not bad at all!

Whoa awesome!!!!!!!! Seriously, after eating this the first time, I woke up at 3am craving it! This is my new favorite comfort food!

My grandmother used to make this, but she called it Ambrosia. This recipe really brings me home! I don't know one kid that doesn't like this stuff. You can also change the flavor of the gelatain if you don't like lime, but I love it!

I'm not a fan of the sweet pickle relish, so I use dill pickles instead. A really great dish!
