Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
I made it for a small dinner party we had and being my first time to make fish it was perfect! The flavor is bold and delicious! I should have put the extra sauce over the fish but still had just the right amount! Paired it with Chateau St. Michelle Riesling and broccoli. Perfect!

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms II
Amazing! I had these at my graduation party and they were so delicious, everyone loved them. This is a new favorite in my family for parties and dinner appetizers.

Tuna Tofu Salad
